About us

After conducting labour market impact assessments, we at Bluenose Atlantic Placement have realized that there is a shortage in some skills within the Atlantic Canada labour market.  The government has implemented the three year Atlantic Immigration Pilot project (AIP) to allow skilled workers and international graduates express entry into Canada by filling the skilled labour market shortage in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador.

We are able to tap into our network of contacts from around the world, and link skilled professionals with innovative, progressive Atlantic Canadian companies to form a synergy that benefits all involved.

The members of Bluenose Atlantic Placement have diverse skills and experience which place us in a unique situation to assist those who wish to work in Canada and improve the economy of our great region.

To inject new talent from across Canada and around the world into the workforce of the Atlantic Provinces.

Our vision is to become the placement agency of choice when companies within Atlantic Canada need to find the best candidates to fill positions within their organizations.

We are able to tap into our network of diverse professionals to find the right fit and bring the appropropriate skills to the table.
